Terms of Service

1. Service

Mynah provides an AI-powered assistant that you can deploy on WhatsApp and optionally your website. The assistant uses your uploaded documents and website content to answer customer questions. By using Mynah, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• One account per person; do not share credentials

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Mynah for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Index content you do not own or have rights to distribute
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
• Overload the service with automated or excessive requests
• Use the AI assistant to impersonate a human agent without disclosure

4. AI Responses

Mynah's assistant generates responses using AI based on your indexed content. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are not professional advice and Mynah is not liable for decisions made based on assistant responses.

For WhatsApp deployments, you acknowledge that Meta's WhatsApp Business API policies also apply. Mynah is not responsible for template message rejections, account restrictions, or other actions taken by Meta.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide for indexing. By uploading documents, providing website URLs, or other content, you grant Mynah a license to process, store, and use it solely for generating AI-powered responses on your behalf.

6. WhatsApp Business API

If you use the WhatsApp integration, you are responsible for:

• Completing Meta Business verification for your account
• Complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies
• Obtaining template message approvals from Meta
• Ensuring your use of WhatsApp messaging complies with applicable laws

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes with reasonable notice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using Mynah at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your indexed content and configuration will be deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynah and Fordel Studios Development Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
