Terms of Service

1. Service

Mynah provides an AI-powered chatbot that you can embed on your website. The chatbot uses your website content to answer visitor questions. By using Mynah, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Account

• You must sign in with a valid Google account
• You are responsible for activity under your account
• One account per person; do not share credentials

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Mynah for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes
• Index content you do not own or have rights to distribute
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
• Overload the service with automated or excessive requests

4. AI Responses

Mynah's chatbot generates responses using AI based on your indexed content. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are not professional advice and Mynah is not liable for decisions made based on chatbot responses.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide for indexing. By uploading content, you grant Mynah a license to process, store, and use it solely for generating chatbot responses on your behalf.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes with reasonable notice. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

You may stop using Mynah at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your indexed content and configuration will be deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mynah and Fordel Studios Development Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification.
