Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Mynah offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Business) billed automatically via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of 18% GST.

2. Free Trial

The Free plan requires no payment and has no time limit. You can use it indefinitely within the plan's usage limits (50 messages/month, 25 pages indexed). No credit card is required.

3. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for
• After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
• Your indexed content and chatbot configuration will be preserved (within Free plan limits)

4. Refunds

Since Mynah is a digital service with immediate access upon payment:

• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of a billing period
• If you are charged after cancelling due to a processing error, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days
• If the service experiences extended downtime (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period

5. Plan Changes

• Upgrades take effect immediately; you will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remaining billing period
• Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, email us at abhishek@fordelstudios.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
