1. What We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this solely to authenticate you and display your identity within the dashboard.

We also store the website URLs and content you provide for chatbot indexing, business documents you upload (PDFs, catalogs, pricing sheets), and any configuration you set (widget name, color, greeting message).

When customers interact with your AI assistant via WhatsApp, we store the WhatsApp conversations between your customers and the AI assistant for conversation history, analytics, and service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Authenticate your dashboard sessions
• Index your website content and uploaded documents for AI-powered responses
• Process customer WhatsApp messages for AI-powered responses
• Deliver AI-powered responses via WhatsApp and web widget
• Send transactional emails (account-related only)

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell or share your data with third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising
• We do not track your visitors beyond anonymous chat analytics
• WhatsApp conversations are stored for conversation history and analytics only

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (D1 database and R2 storage). WhatsApp conversation data is stored in the same Cloudflare infrastructure. Authentication sessions are managed by Vercel. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard settings. You can also request a copy of your data by contacting us.
